We'll start learning the ins and outs of your site, and you'll get to meet your ongoing team. We'll listen to all concerns, issues, and goals - and provide an implementation plan for your work.

Set check-in frequency
All of our retained services clients have the option of one-on-one check-in meetings. We'll help you decide what frequency works best for your goals, based on our decades of experience with all types of WordPress sites and projects. We'll work at your pace and continue to set best practice standards as your projects make progress.

Onboard into your custom workflow
Our team will train and onboard you into your organization's custom workflow. This will provide you direct access to the people you'll be working with on an ongoing basis. We understand that all sites and clients have different requirements, so we'll custom create a workflow process that fits all your needs.

Add your web design, web development, & support tasks
Once onboarded into the system, you can submit your own feature requests, updates, and support and development tasks directly to your dedicated team. We'll work with you to set timelines for larger requests, and aim for a 1 business day turnaround for smaller items.
